Shipping Policy

1. General Information

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

  • Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Delivery Location

  • Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in [Specify Countries/Regions]. Any shipments outside of these areas are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

  • An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Returns Policy

1. Return Due to Change of Mind

  • Hardcore Fashion S.R.L. does not accept returns due to change of mind. Since our products are limited edition collections, all sales are final unless the product is defective or not shipped.

2. Returns Due to Defect or Shipping Error

  • Our products can be returned if they are defective or if the wrong item has been shipped. You can contact our customer support within 7 days of the receipt of the item at contact@hardcore.fashion to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Exchanges

  • We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at contact@hardcore.fashion with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the address specified by our customer support.

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds do not apply for change of mind. Refunds are only available for products that have not been shipped or are defective. Refunds are processed within a certain amount of days and will be credited to your original method of payment.

5. Shipping Returns

  • To return the item you have purchased, please mail it to the address provided by our customer support. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
